The complex comprises of:

- boat docking & reloading point
- methane combustion plant

the biogas petrol station and the seaweed market

traders community centre and temporary accommodation
Building is to grow incrementally relating to the requirements of the program implementation phases. Gradually, additional elements needed for the biomass processing at increasing scale are added to the complex.
